At no time have NZFS rejected your proposal. In fact our earlier email indicated we were comfortable with the vast majority of your proposal but sought some wording changes to the suggested working party wording. It is simply misleading and inflammatory to state that we have rejected your proposal, and not constructive in attempts to conclude these negotiations.

We look forward to the provision of revised wording to that proposed by NZFS from the NZPFU that addresses the concerns you raise in your email of 12 January and also responds to NZFS's very genuine concerns regarding the commitment of the NZPFU to finding a mutually acceptable solution to the issue of additional relieving staff.
