Further to the Notice issued on 21 December 2017 from Karl Patterson, Centre Manager, Southern Fire Communications and subsequently forwarded to other Comcentres throughout New Zealand.
The Auckland Local has been dealing with a number of matters that can be seen as intimidating members by Area Management throughout Auckland in relation to matters associated with employment conditions, entitlements, sick leave, work accident and non-work accident management.

A successful Conference was held 28-30 November in Akaroa with Delegates from all Locals present – as well as four guests from the UFU of Australia.
