The Union has strongly represented its unhappiness about the inability of FENZ to actually pay the 1 July wage increase on the due date – Thus requiring back pay.

As far as the Union is concerned this has breached understandings reached at the time we moved to a market movement pay adjustment and is further evidence of significant system failures within FENZ.
