Some members are being approached by District management seeking their involvement with a 360 Review of that management.

As far as the Union is concerned

  • Any such participation is entirely voluntary;   
  • Given the concerns expressed by members, particularly relating to confidentiality when giving critical comments, the Union’s advice is not to participate in these reviews.
