Ratification of the Collective Agreement

Attached is the Returning Officers declaration of the Ballot to Ratify the CA.

As the Declaration informs, the draft CA was Ratified with over 76% of members voting in favour.

The Union will be talking with FENZ tomorrow regarding:

  • The application of the new pay rates
  • Timing of the back pay
  • Implementation of matters covered off in the Terms of Settlement.

Members will be updated when details are agreed.
