The above appliance has on-going issues with the shape of the front tyres. This has been known for several weeks and has not been addressed by Management.

This situation has now progressed to the point where the vehicle is no longer safe to operate at normal road speed.

As a result, the Local strongly recommends that no member operate this vehicle until such time as the issue with the front tyres is corrected and the vehicle is returned to a safe operating condition.
