Members are advised that the Auckland Local Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 21 August 2008.

This is your opportunity to propose remits that, if accepted at the Annual General Meeting, will be taken to Conference by your delegate. Any proposed remits must be forwarded to the Union Office, in writing, by Thursday, 14 August 2008.

Members will be aware that our contract is up for renegotiation towards the end of this year. Items that members wish to have considered to form part of our claims will be discussed at this meeting also. Please forward a brief outline of items to the Union Office by 14 August.
