Members are advised that due to the latest COVID-19 announcement from the Government that Auckland will remain at Level 4, the Auckland Local has postponed our Annual General Meeting until Wednesday 6 October. All other details remain as follows:

Venue: College Rifles Football Club, 33 Haast Street, Remuera
Please note the Proposer and Seconder of any Remit must attend the A.G.M. when their Remit is presented at the meeting. The meeting will also take Remits from the floor.
It is important that members support this meeting as we need 10% of members to attend to form a quorum (approximately 60 members).
Can SSO’s please co-ordinate operational movements to allow on-duty members every effort to attend.
The Union asks members to advise those who are off duty or on leave, etc., to attend.
Please note that obviously because of the uncertainty around the Covid-19 lockdown, we may again have to change the date of the A.G.M. We will keep members informed of any changes necessary.
