Members are advised that pursuant to Union Rule B.15.11, notice is given for the Auckland Local Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday 4 September 2025.

Venue:       College Rifles Football Club, 33 Haast Street, Remuera

Remits for Conference should be forwarded to the Auckland Union Office no later than 12 noon on Monday 1 September 2025 (email: AuckLocalSecretary@nzpfu.org.nz or auckland@nzpfu.org.nz).

Please note the Proposer and Seconder of any Remit must attend the A.G.M. when their Remit is presented at the meeting. The meeting will also take Remits from the floor.

It is important that members support this meeting as we need 10% of members to attend to form a quorum (approximately 60 members). It is also an opportunity for members to be updated with current issues.

Can SSO’s please co-ordinate operational movements to allow on-duty members every effort to attend.

The Union asks members to advise those who are off duty or on leave, etc., to attend.
