Auckland Local COVID-19 Update #6 Keeping the Bubble Close

Members will now know we are working in locked down station bubbles as per the Operational Instruction recently agreed by the Local and FENZ Management.

It is vitally important that we maintain this bubble integrity as much as possible.

For this reason it is the Locals strong recommendation, that members temporarily cease volunteering duties, for organisations that would expand their personal bubble during this COVID-19 lockdown.

This will minimise personal bubbles to just member family units and the career stations they are assigned, helping to protect themselves and the other career firefighters and their families.

This recommendation is only for the duration of the lock down and will be reassessed according to the Government COVID-19 alert level.

If any member has any queries about this recommendation, please contact one of your station cluster representatives.
