Further to Newsletter 9 November 2011.

After discussion between the Union (Peter Hallet, Peter Nicolle and Derek Best) and the Employer (Janine Hearn), for V.S.O’s and Trainers, the cut off date for final decisions on acceptance of offered positions has been extended out to 30 November.

The 2 Weeks until 30 Nov. will be used for you to discuss with your Manager to attempt to pin down a certainty around specific Hours of Work.

The discussion indicated little or no material change for F.S.O’s, however the Union will be provided full details as per responses receive by the Employer, as to how changes will affect individual Members early next week and further advice will be provided after that.
