This morning the Court of Appeal handed down its decision on the NZPFU’s application for leave to appeal the Employment Court decision.

The Court of Appeal has determined not to grant the NZPFU the right to Appeal the Employment Court decision.

We are also investigating other legal avenues and will keep our member’s informed of any further legal action.
