COVID-19 notifications from St Johns

As of the 16th of June, St John call takers are no longer officially questioning around Covid-19 symptoms or triggers.

Be aware that there remains a small risk that, off the 200+ people released from quarantine facilities recently without a test, one or more positive cases may emerge. Please ensure that you remain vigilant with questioning and PPE if required, for initial contact with members of the public. Hotel quarantine capacity is being sought at the moment for travellers returning from overseas in both Rotorua and Hamilton. Tauranga is, for the time being, not being considered, but this is a fast moving situation and that could change rapidly.

Keep up the good work keeping yourselves, your crew and most importantly your family safe.
