Shortly the Northern Branch Returning Officer will be calling for nominations for the election of the Auckland Local President.

The position is vacant consequent on the previous President (Mike McEnaney) being no longer eligible for membership of the Union – he is no longer employed in FENZ.

Given that the Auckland Local Secretary is also a Northern Branch Official the Auckland Local President is the first alternate to represent Auckland at the Unions National and Branch Conference.
