RETURNING OFFICER’S NOTICE TO NORTHERN BRANCH MEMBERS

Following the close of nominations for the election of the Northern Branch positions of Branch Secretary, Branch President and Branch Vice President, I had received one nomination for each position.

I hereby declare:

Jeffrey Shrimpton elected unopposed to the position of Northern Branch President

Terry Bird elected unopposed to the position of Northern Branch Vice President

David Phillips elected unopposed to the position of Northern Branch Secretary.

NEW PLYMOUTH LOCAL PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT POSITIONS

Members are advised that the nomination period for the following two positions is now open and will close at 5pm, Friday 11 September 2026.

AUCKLAND LOCAL PRESIDENT ELECTION

14 Aug

An election for the Auckland Local President position shall be conducted by electronic voting commencing at 0900 (9am) Monday 17 August 2026 and closes 1700 (5pm) Friday 4 September 2026.

Annual General Meeting

Members are advised that pursuant to Union Rule B.15.11, notice is given for the Auckland Local Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday 31 August 2026.
