NZPFU seeking advice

The attached Employment Court Decision rules against the NZPFU but this may not be the end of the matter.

The NZPFU is discussing the Decision with its legal team and considering all options including appeal.

Members will be disappointed with the judgement but are advised not to make any decisions until we clearly understand our legal options.

We will keep you all informed.

In unity,
Wattie Watson
National Secretary
