Some trainers have received a Performance and Development Guide and a Performance and Development Conversation template.

The Guide expressly states that this does not apply to NZPFU members. We have attached the documents so that you will be able to recognise the process and have the documentation that state this process does not apply to NZPFU members.

We request any member sent the information or requested to participate in Performance and Development conversations to instead email their manager stating the process does not apply to them. If you have any concerns please contact your Local representative.

It is not in your interests to participate.
