The Fire Service is currently advertising for a Fire Risk Manager for the Counties Manukau area.
The Auckland Local encourages members to apply for this position. The Local believes that “Judas Rams’ within Fire Service Management still wish to civilianise positions such as this.
Obviously the Union is opposed to this, hence encouraging members to apply in an effort to protect traditional unionised positions and promotional opportunities for our members.
