The Hamilton Local expresses its deepest sympathies at the sudden death of former National Commander Mike Hall.

Mike was instrumental in his support of Hamilton endorsing an increase in MSS in 2008 and in the wake of the Ice Pak Cool Stores Fire Mike ensured that the members had the full support of the Fire Service at that time.

This enduring support and leadership at a difficult time was a testament to his commitment to the people.

His death is a shock and all of our thoughts are with Mike’s family and loved ones.
