Heads of Agreement/MOU - FENZ

Attached are the signed copies of both of the documents.

These are both very useful documents, giving stability and security to both the Union and its members.

They essentially confirm that recent arrangements with the Fire Service will be carried over into FENZ - particularly relating to:

  • The Collective Agreement.
  • The agreed formula for pay movement.
  • The continuation of the future overtime rate increases.
  • Ongoing consultation and engagement.

The Union is pleased to have these documents agreed and the Union looks forward to working with FENZ for the betterment of our members and the communities they serve.
