This week a firefighter was seriously injured requiring hospitalisation after an accident using a Hose Testing Rig.

The Local and Area Management are providing the Firefighter and his family with any assistance that they need.

All hose testing using a hose testing rig shall immediately be suspended pending the outcome of the Level 2 investigation.

This decision will be re-evaluated once the outcome of the Level 2 investigation is known.

Any queries please contact a member of the Local Committee.
