To those members who attended the special meeting at Tauranga Fire Station on Friday 4th. Thank You.

I’m sure you will have understood the seriousness of the challenges ahead, highlighted by the NZPFU leadership that attended.

To those that couldn’t attend, please ask questions of those that did. I is vitally important we receive submission from all of our members either individually or on a crew by crew basis, take the time to help us help you. Submissions must be e-mailed to the union office no later than 10th October on wellington@nzpfu.org.nz. Well done to the Kawerau local who had more off duty members present than the Tauranga local did. Get involved people… It's your career at stake.

Feel free to ask questions if you need clarification

Mike Swanson
Tauranga Local Secretary
