Rehabilitation/Alternative Duties

Further to Newsletter No. 5 – 14 February 2012.

Fire Service management, subsequent to the Union’s amending its Strike Notice at the request of management regarding Rehabilitation/Alternative Duties, have not acted in good faith (surprisingly) and have frustrated members on Rehabilitation/Alternative Duties by insisting that these duties be undertaken on Black Watch.

Please find attached the Union’s letter to Paul Baxter on this matter.
