Members are advised that an interim national deployment policy has been agreed to. This has been based on the Christchurch negotiated policy.

There is a larger document that is currently being held up at Rural level which should have addressed National and International deployments, it is because of this documents absence that we needed to get this document in place.

We will continue to drive Management to get the proper deployment policy completed ASAP.
