The Union attaches the letter of 3 November 2011 e-mailed to Mike Hall.

Mike Hall (nor anyone from the Fire Service) has advised of objection to the last paragraph of this letter.

Therefore, the Union repeats its previous advice:

Do not enter into any dialogue or agreement with the employer until such time as the Union recommends you to do so.

In other words, do not respond to the letter requiring you to respond by 11 November.

As the attached letter to Mike Hall notes, the meeting will be held with the Fire Service on 11 November.
