Notice to Auckland Local Members

The Auckland Working Group has advised the Local Committee that there will soon be a survey going out to all of those in the Auckland area covered by the CEA.

The Local strongly encourages ALL staff to participate and make your voice heard on the issues. For more information / updates contact Terry Bird.

A joint statement between the NZPFU and FENZ will be released shortly.

City Rail Link Engagement

As members will be aware, several health and safety concerns were raised with Fire and Emergency by the Local with respect to the commissioning exercises undertaken at the City Rail Link.

Following the close of nominations for the election of the Central Branch positions of Branch Secretary, Branch President and Branch Vice President, I received one nomination for Branch Vice President and nominations for Branch President and Branch Secretary .

Following the close of nominations for the election of the Southern Branch positions of Branch Secretary, Branch President and Branch Vice President, I had received one nomination for each position.
