It is with sadness that we advise the sudden passing of John Woolley, Senior Station Officer at Hamilton Fire Station.

John’s funeral will be held this Thursday, 6 December 2018.

John will arrive at Hamilton City Station at 11:00 am with his last call and Guard of Honour at 11:30am. John will then leave for Hamilton Gardens Pavilion, Hungerford Crescent, Hamilton, for his service at 1:00pm.

Full undress uniform if available.

A request has been made that in lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated and may be left at the service to St Johns NZ (Hamilton Branch). All communications to the Woolley Family C/- Pellows, P O Box 4449, Hamilton East 3247.

Notice to Auckland Local Members

This week, Auckland City 206 was removed from service due to a driveshaft issue. Parnell 255 has been away for repair for an extended period. This leaves Auckland with only one 24-year-old “heavy” aerial appliance.
