By now, members will be aware of the actions taken by the National Committee against Sulu Devoe and John Waldow.

The Auckland Local Committee met at an emergency meeting today to discuss the matter and consider options.

The Auckland Local Committee denounces the recent decision made by the National Committee to expel our President, Sulu Devoe and Secretary, John Waldow.

The Committee resolved to support both Sulu and John, and will continue to act as their advocates, ensuring that natural justice is seen to occur and to ensure that both Sulu and John be immediately re-instated as NZPFU members and Local Committee members until such time as due process has occurred.

We ask and recommend that members STAY CALM and REMAIN FOCUSSED until such time as an appeal is heard.

We will update members as information comes to hand.
