There is an email out tonight from Kerry Gregory stating FENZ has won the Employment Court Case.

Your National Committee have not seen the decision and have yet to discuss it with our legal team.

We will update you all once we have the decision and determine the way forward.  The options include a legal appeal and other responses.

Please do not make any judgements until we see the decision.
