NZPFU and FENZ representatives met on Monday afternoon in a bid to iron out the remaining unresolved issues in the bargaining. That work has continued and another meeting scheduled for tomorrow Thursday. The parties are hopeful that all remaining issues can be resolved this week.

Due to the resignation of Auckland Local Committee Member Chris O'Dea, and the declaration of Josh Nicolls to the position of Auckland Local President, nominations are hereby called for the two vacant Auckland Local Committee positions.
By the closing date for nominations for the position of New Plymouth Local President, the following nomination has been received.
The Auckland Local President election closed at 1700 hours Friday with 89% of those eligible to vote taking part.
