Today the NZPFU legal team is filing the application in the Court of Appeal for leave to appeal the Employment Court judgement.

As there is no automatic right of Appeal these are the usual procedural steps we must undertake.

On Monday NZPFU and FENZ representatives with their respective lawyers will be meeting to discuss FENZ’s intentions to continue to appoint Tranche 2 and 2B processes despite the ongoing litigation.

We will keep members updated.

In unity,
Wattie Watson
National Secretary
