NZPFU has received hundreds of submissions and they keep coming in. And it’s not too late to get the remaining submissions in!

Some crews have written a submission together, other members have given personalexamples of the importance of safe systems of work.Others have provided detailed submissions on specific aspects.

We appreciate all Members who have put their views forward and will forward them to FENZ on Monday.

Due to leave and other commitments for Members, the NZPFU has been asked to extend its deadline.

NZPFU will still accept submissions but request that they are received by the NZPFU as soon as practicable.

Support those that might be struggling to put their thoughts down.It is important that FENZ hears from professional career firefighters, COMMS centre, and trainers as well as FRMOs whose jobs are destined to be disestablished and duties divided into new roles.

Submissions can be made via the NZPFU submission form or by email to wellington@nzpfu.org.nz.

In unity,
Wattie Watson
National Secretary
