We have been advised by NHQ who have been advised by BNZ that there may be an issue in the pay run tonight.

Please see below and take particular note of the last paragraph for any interest or charges claimed by members’ banks:

The BNZ Bank have advised us that they are experiencing difficulties with their internet banking system. If they are unable to resolve this issue by 11pm tonight then your pay will not hit your bank account as planned this evening.

If you have access to online banking then we would recommend you move any payments to the following day or contact your Bank when it opens tomorrow to explain the situation and seek their support.

After this action, please monitor your bank statements and if there are any issues in overdraft or other charges which you feel resulted from this issue, then please attach a scan of your bank statement and email it to finaccounting@fireandemergency.nz
