Members of the Superannuation Scheme will have received a form from the Scheme to be used if you wish to directly forward the P.C.A. payment into the Superannuation Scheme as a voluntary contribution.

The form must be returned to the Secretary of the Scheme by 13 June to allow it to be actioned.

If members of the Scheme have not received this form, this means the Scheme has incorrect details of your postal address. To update these details, you can phone -

0800 MY SUPER – 0800 69 78737

The Union supports this payment being directed into the Superannuation Scheme.
