Members are advised that two ratification meetings will be held to ratify the collective agreement.

Members are further advised that under the Union rules, the must attend these meetings to vote.
An election for the Auckland Local President position shall be conducted by electronic voting commencing at 0900 (9am) Monday 17 August 2026 and closes 1700 (5pm) Friday 4 September 2026.
Members are advised that pursuant to Union Rule B.15.11, notice is given for the Auckland Local Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday 31 August 2026.
At the close of the nomination period for the Auckland Local President position, the following two nominations had been received.
