Members are advised that pursuant to Union Rule B.15.11, notice is given for the Auckland Local Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday 31 August 2022.

Meeting details are:  

Date:            Wednesday 31st August 2022
Time:            1000 hours
Venue:         College Rifles Football Club, 33 Haast Street, Remuera

Remits for Conference should be forwarded to the Auckland Union Office no later than 12 noon on Monday 22 August 2022.

Please note the Proposer and Seconder of any Remit must attend the A.G.M. when their Remit is presented at the meeting. The meeting will also take Remits from the floor.

It is important that members support this meeting as we need 10% of members to attend to form a quorum (approximately 60 members). It is also an opportunity for members to be updated with current issues.

Can SSO’s please co-ordinate operational movements to allow on-duty members every effort to attend.

The Union asks members to advise those who are off duty or on leave, etc., to attend.

City Rail Link Engagement
