Members are advised that the Auckland Local Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 23 July 2009.

Meeting details:

Date:  Thursday 23 July 2009 
Time:  1030 hours 
Venue:  College Rifles Rugby Clubrooms, 33 Haast Street, Remuera. 

Remits for Conference should be presented at this meeting. Please note the proposer and seconder of any remit must be present at the A.G.M.

It is important that members support this meeting. On duty members should make every effort to attend.

The Union asks members to advise those who are off duty or on leave, etc., to attend.
