ELECTION OF COMMITTEE POSITIONS

Prior to the close of nominations for the Gisborne Local Committee I had received two additional nominations.

As these nominations were valid and received before the closure of nominations, I declare Monique Baarspul and Tuki Sweeney as elected to the Gisborne Local Committee in addition to Ivan Cutts and Kelly Humphries that were declared yesterday.

NEW PLYMOUTH LOCAL PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT POSITIONS

Members are advised that the nomination period for the following two positions is now open and will close at 5pm, Friday 11 September 2026.

AUCKLAND LOCAL PRESIDENT ELECTION

An election for the Auckland Local President position shall be conducted by electronic voting commencing at 0900 (9am) Monday 17 August 2026 and closes 1700 (5pm) Friday 4 September 2026.

Members are advised that pursuant to Union Rule B.15.11, notice is given for the Auckland Local Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday 31 August 2026.
