Tauranga Local: Notice of AGM

The AGM of the Tauranga Local Branch NZPFU will be held at Tauranga Fire Station, 9am on Friday 28th August 2020.

The Annual Conference of the NZPFU will be held in Wellington on a Date yet to be Confirmed later this year.

Please remember any remits that members want to be forwarded to conference, must be in written form.

I’m sure a healthy debate over remits will be held during the AGM, but feel free to air them before that time to help refine them.

We will be calling for expressions of interest for anyone that wishes to join the Local Committee as well, feel free to contact a current committee member to clarify what these roles may encompass.

City Rail Link Engagement

As members will be aware, several health and safety concerns were raised with Fire and Emergency by the Local with respect to the commissioning exercises undertaken at the City Rail Link.
