The Local has become aware of some District management people asking Union members to fill out a 360 degree feedback review on them.

Members are reminded that there was a recommendation from the National Union to Union members not to partake in any such feedback process.

Further clarification on this was sought this week and the advice is still the same.

Please do not get involved in this process as it can be seen as the thinning of the wedge with regards to management subversively trying to slowly break down resistance to 360 degree reviews.

Members should be aware that 360 degree reviews should be a contractual issue and as such should be tabled at contract negotiations before Union members will have anything to do with these processes.

The Local understands that the National Union will be issuing a Notice to Members on this subject in due course.
