The NZPFU and FENZ have a three-day bargaining meeting scheduled for next week and it is at that meeting FENZ will respond to the NZPFU claims.

To date the process has been for the NZPFU to provide the claims and evidence for the claims resulting in some discussion but little feedback from FENZ on their view of the claims.

Next week, three days have been set down for FENZ to respond and to provide its evidence for any position it intends to take.

The NZPFU intends to be in a position to provide members with an overview of the negotiations including FENZ’s response following that meeting.
