The Union has, as of the date of producing this Newsletter, received no objection to the proposal as in the last Paragraph of the Unions letter to Mike Hall of 3 November 2011.
The Unions advice is therefore re-iterated to affected Members.

At the close of the nomination period for vacant Auckland Local Committee positions, the following nominations had been received.
Due to the resignation of Auckland Local Committee Member Chris O'Dea, and the declaration of Josh Nicolls to the position of Auckland Local President, nominations are hereby called for the two vacant Auckland Local Committee positions.
