The Union has, as of the date of producing this Newsletter, received no objection to the proposal as in the last Paragraph of the Unions letter to Mike Hall of 3 November 2011.

The Unions advice is therefore re-iterated to affected Members.

Please be assured that, if you act on the Unions advice, and the Employer attempts to act adversely as regards your situation, the Union will give full support, either individually or collectively to protect and enforce your Rights.
