Members are reminded that FENZ’s Performance and development process policy expressly excludes NZPFU members.

Despite FENZ’s own policy clearly stating that exemption there are Managers trying to force the process on some of our members.

The NZPFU was not consulted or involved in the development of this process and there are no protections against the mis-use of this process for disciplinary processes.
