The Local wishes to advise members that a survey will shortly go out to all Auckland Firefighters and Comcen Staff asking questions centred around the recent International Convention Centre Fire.

This survey is 100% conducted by the NZPFU and has no affiliation to FENZ in any way.

The survey will use the same emails as were used for the Auckland Working Group Survey, so when the email arrives, please click the link and answer the appropriate questions. The survey should not take more than 10-15 minutes to complete.

Whilst the survey is anonymous, there are some identifier questions related to rank or role at the incident that members may choose not to answer if they feel. The results will then be collated and presented to FENZ. This survey is on top of the Operational Review that will be conducted at a later date.

The purpose of this survey is to reach as many staff as possible that attended the incident and to provide you with an avenue to express any concerns or highlight any positives out of the event.

Whilst the survey is completely optional, the Local strongly encourages all members who were involved to click the link and complete the survey when it arrives.

If you have any queries on the above, please contact your Local Cluster Representative.
