The Union has also received feedback from members that there is no consistent approach in the delivery of gas suit training and that key components of the suit ensemble are missing.

The Union is also aware that Fire Service Management has also had these concerns raised with them by staff.

Members are advised to refrain from delivering any Level IV suit training until there is a resolution as to how this training will be conducted The Union invites any member who has concerns with regard to this issue, to contact a committee member or the Union Office.

Members will be advised as and when more information is available.
