Members are advised that a General Meeting of the Auckland Local will be held on Tuesday 27 April at 1000 hours.

There will be only one item of business, which is:
"To decide the number of committee members required by the Auckland Local for the period 1 August 2010 to 31 July 2013."

Members are advised that should the number of committee members required by this meeting not be nominated during the forthcoming elections, then the number elected at those elections shall remain as the total number of committee members for the period in italics above. There will be no further elections held.
