OSM Employee Survey

The Union has been involved in the discussions around, and the development of this Survey.

It is important that members respond accurately to this Survey so as to ensure, if necessary, changes can be made to OSM based on objective data.

Consequently, the Union recommends to members to complete this Survey.

Region Restructure

In a number of localities now, the foolishness of some of the decisions being made regarding restructuring and consequent outcomes is becoming apparent.

It is not the responsibility of members to pick up the work of people whose positions have disappeared.

Consequently the Union advises members not to undertake work previously done by persons whose jobs/positions have disappeared or have been substantially changed as a result of the Region Restructure.
