Today – 10 September – is World Suicide Prevention Day.

This is a day when we all need to recognise the part we can play in preventing suicide – working together and supporting each other.

If you are worried about a friend, workmate or family member, reach out to them and listen without judgement – encourage them to get the help and support they need.

It’s also a day to remember loved ones tragically lost to suicide, and to comfort and support those who are bereaved.
